Privacy policy

This policy explains how Vuch ("we") processes personal data collected through vuch.org. For data collected on this corporate website, Vuch acts as the data controller. Player data processed inside client platforms is a separate matter: operators are the data controllers of their players' data, and Vuch acts as a processor under data processing agreements with each operator.

What we collect

• Forms — name, work email, and message content when you request a demo, subscribe to the newsletter, or use the cost calculator. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and consent for the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Cookies and analytics — with your consent, aggregate usage analytics. Essential cookies (session, consent state) run without consent as strictly necessary.
• Server logs — IP address and request metadata, retained for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymized.

How long we keep it

Demo and calculator enquiries: 24 months from last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: for the retention period configured in our analytics tooling, after which it is deleted or aggregated. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and the LGPD where applicable) you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact our privacy team via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or place of work.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers act as processors under Art. 28 agreements. A current list is available on request via the contact page.
