Vuch is a B2B technology supplier: we do not offer gambling to consumers, but the software we build shapes how players experience it. That makes player protection an engineering requirement, not a marketing page. We support the goals of recognised safer-gambling bodies, and the tooling described below ships as part of the platform for operators to deploy and configure in their markets.

What is built into the platform

• Deposit, loss, session, and wager limits — player-facing limit tooling that operators configure per jurisdiction, with cooling-off periods before limit increases take effect.
• Self-exclusion — one-click per-brand exclusion, plus integration capability for national self-exclusion registries (such as GAMSTOP, OASIS, Spelpaus, CRUKS, ROFUS). Registry integrations are implemented per deployment where the operator's market requires them.
• Behavioural monitoring — the platform's real-time risk engine scores play patterns for markers of harm (chasing, night-time intensity, deposit escalation) and triggers configurable interventions, from reality checks to forced breaks. Intervention thresholds are configured per jurisdiction by the operator.
• Promotional controls — platform tooling supports market rules on who may receive promotional content, including suppression for self-excluded and at-risk players.
